Right to Buy Scheme

This is a scheme through which an eligible buyer can buy their home at a price lower than the full market value. The eligibility is due to the length of time spent as a tenant in that property. We have dealt with various Councils and have ample experience in dealing with right to buy scheme.

The buyer may need to get a loan or mortgage to enable the buyer to exercise the Right to Buy. The buyer will become responsible for the costs of maintaining the home, including routine repairs, major structural repairs, and improvements after the purchase of the property.
